Hey there, I'm Kaitlyn “k8” McLaughlin, your local realtor here in coastal Mississippi! I moved to the coast with the Air Force in 2002 and fell in love with the area and all it has to offer. I decided to get off active duty and transferred to the reserves to serve as a flight meteorologist with the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, better known as the “Hurricane Hunters.”

Anyway, I'm here to share with y’all details about the local real estate market, as well as some fun facts about the different neighborhoods and communities in the area. I promise to keep it interesting, and I might even throw in a bad joke or two.
